Before your home is presented to Buyers and other Agents, we must ensure the home is ‘sale-ready’. This is a crucial (yet often overlooked) step that could result in your home netting a higher sale price. Our goal is for Buyers to WANT your home, so make the most of that first impression.

How do I Market your property? What makes my marketing materials different from other Realtors?

 

The first step to any effective Marketing Campaign is to first determine who we are selling to- Establishing a Target Market. Next, we must determine what means are available to reach this select audience. Knowing ‘who’ and ‘what’ is only the start…now, we must put this information to use. This is where my Marketing Skills truly shine.

 

Developing & implementing a Customized Marketing Plan is my specialty. Having majored in Economics and with experience in Graphic Design, I am able to design my own marketing materials to ensure they are not only present, but effective. What use is a newspaper ad if it is not noticed by potential buyers? I make it my personal responsibility to oversee that every aspect of the Marketing Plan is carried out efficiently. Newspaper (Local & National), Internet, Direct Mail, Referral Network and MLS are just a few of the avenues employed when Marketing your property.

From designing special “Just Listed” Flyers to “Feature Home” ads in the newspaper, no cost is spared to market your property. Many agents sit back and wait for the house to sell.
